As a child, my favorite snack was savory snacks - maybe because I get them so sporadically! Now, as an adult and knowing that industrialized snacks are not good, I found this alternative! I'm sure you'll like it too!

Why are you going to love this recipe
We have several recipes with chickpeas here on the blog, and I always talk about chickpeas and legumes in our videos, as they are so fundamental to our health.
And with this recipe even more, as it is a guarantee of eating legumes even as a snack! Kids love it too - just lower the amount of salt (which should be something for us adults alike!).
Oh, and we can even decorate our hummus with these snacks! They transform our meal into something even more nutritious and give that crunch! Yummy!
Tips for following the recipe
Let's see each ingredient and what the replacement options are!
Chickpeas: Cooked chickpeas / garbanzo beans can usually be substituted for white beans, also cooked.
Seasonings: here we put our creativity! As we vary the seasonings, we also vary the flavors. A guarantee that we always have a different taste! Even with date sugar or non-milk chocolate, this chickpea is good!
Aquafaba: we can replace it with water or olive oil. As I use very little oil in recipes, I always opt for alternatives.

6. In the meantime, stir the beans with a sturdy spatula so that everything bakes evenly.
7. Let it cool and enjoy!
